About Micro Maze Rush
Micro Maze Rush is a fast-paced maze navigation game that tests your reflexes and pattern recognition. Drag your dot through procedurally generated micro-mazes, avoiding walls and hazards to reach the exit. Each maze grows larger and more complex as you progress, introducing timed gates that open and close, and moving spike patrols that block your path.
The game rewards quick thinking and precise movement. Score points for each maze you clear, with faster completions earning higher scores. Three failed attempts end your run, so plan your routes carefully while staying alert to the ever-changing obstacles.
Whether you are looking for a quick focus break or want to challenge yourself with increasingly difficult mazes, Micro Maze Rush delivers bite-sized puzzles that keep you engaged without demanding extended play sessions.
How to Play
- Tap the Start Run button to begin your maze journey.
- Drag your dot (the glowing cyan cell) through the maze toward the green exit cell.
- Avoid walls, which will block your movement.
- Watch for gates that toggle between open (yellow) and closed (red) states on a timer.
- Moving spikes patrol set paths. Time your movement to avoid them.
- Reach the exit to advance to the next maze. Three collisions with hazards end your run.
Tips & Tricks
- Plan your route before dragging. Take a moment to trace a path from start to exit.
- Watch the gate timer indicator. Wait for gates to open before passing through.
- Learn spike patrol patterns. They move back and forth on predictable paths.
- Smaller, controlled movements give you more precision near hazards.
- Speed matters for scoring, but survival matters more. A cautious clear beats a risky crash.
Scoring
- Base score per maze: 500 points minus time penalty
- Minimum score per maze: 100 points
- Time penalty: 1 point per 100ms of maze completion time
- Final score is the sum of all maze completion scores
Difficulty progression
- Maze size starts at 5x5 and grows by one cell every two mazes (up to 9x9)
- Gates appear starting at maze 3 and increase in number at higher levels
- Spike patrols appear starting at maze 5 and become more frequent
