Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the sts.games website and the Anagram browser game operated by STS Games (“we,” “our,” “us”). Update the bracketed information prior to publishing.

Acceptance

By visiting the site or launching the embedded game, you agree to these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. Parents/guardians are responsible for minors who use the service.

License & Permitted Use

• We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You may not copy, host, modify, reverse engineer, automate play, or interfere with gameplay, security, ads, or analytics.
• You may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes or to violate the rights of others.

Accounts

The current experience does not require registration. If we introduce accounts later, additional terms may apply.

Analytics & Advertising

We collect gameplay events and site usage metrics as described in the Privacy Policy. Ads served through Google AdSense appear outside the game canvas; interacting with ads is optional, and you can adjust consent preferences through the cookie controls.

Intellectual Property

The site, game code, artwork, and trademarks are owned by Savvy Tech Sphere, LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of feedback you provide, but grant us a perpetual, irrevocable right to use it without obligation.

Community Guidelines

• No bots, scripts, or exploits to manipulate scoring or gameplay.
• No attempts to bypass ads, consent mechanisms, or security controls.
• No uploading or sharing of harmful, infringing, or obscene content.

Third-Party Services

The site relies on third-party services (Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Cloudflare, Google Cloud). Their terms and privacy notices apply in addition to ours.

Availability & Changes

We may update game content, rules, or availability at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the service without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to USD $100 or the amount you paid for the service (typically $0), whichever is less.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savvy Tech Sphere, LLC, its affiliates, and personnel from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third parties’ rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. All provisions that should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability) do so.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Washington have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated date and may provide additional notice of material changes.
