These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to the sts.games website and the hosted browser games operated by Savvy Tech Sphere, LLC ("we," "our," "us").

Acceptance

By visiting the site or launching the embedded games, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

License & Permitted Use

The current experience does not require registration. If we introduce accounts later, additional terms may apply.

We collect gameplay events and site usage metrics as described in the Privacy Policy. Ads served through Google AdSense appear outside the game canvas; interacting with ads is optional, and you can adjust consent preferences through the cookie controls. • No attempts to bypass ads, consent mechanisms, or security controls.

Third-Party Services

The site relies on third-party services (Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Cloudflare, Google Cloud). Their terms and privacy notices apply in addition to ours.

Availability & Changes

We may update game content, rules, or availability at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the service without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) do so.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Washington have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

For users located in the United States, any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class or representative actions are not permitted. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. The Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Washington govern this provision.

Precedence and updates

Savvy Tech Sphere, LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
