About Get To Know Each Other
Get To Know Each Other is a guided conversation tool that builds a custom deck of questions for your group. You describe who is in the room and what kind of vibe you want, and the tool generates twenty prompts designed to spark connection without putting anyone on the spot. It works for remote teams, in-person workshops, family gatherings, and classrooms.
How it works
- Add each participant with age and (optionally) gender so the system can tune the tone of its suggestions
- Describe the objective or vibe you are aiming for—for example: onboarding a new teammate or planning a family game night
- Generate a set of twenty questions tailored to your group; you can adjust the tone slider to make them lighter or more reflective
- Swap out individual questions or regenerate the full deck until it feels right for your setting
- Copy, download, or share your final question list so you can use it in your meeting or event
Privacy and data
- Participant details stay in your current browser session; they are not stored on a server once you close or refresh the page
- Question decks you generate only persist if you explicitly download them or copy them elsewhere
- You are always in control of what you share externally—use the download and share options only when you are ready
- For more information, see our Privacy Policy, which applies to this tool and all STS Games experiences
Ways to use your question deck*
- Team meetings – start with one or two light prompts before diving into project work
- One-on-ones – pick deeper questions for manager–report conversations or mentorship sessions
- Family nights – generate a mixed-age deck and let each person choose a question to answer
- Classrooms – use thoughtful prompts for end-of-semester reflections or small-group discussions
*This tool is designed for conversation and connection, not for counseling, coaching, or therapy. It should not be used as a substitute for professional mental-health or HR support.
